Our primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction of our valued customers, It happens sometimes that the customers do not satisfy with the size or color of the purchased product. At Miami Jackets, we offer an exchange, return, and refund process under the following guidelines.

Exchange/Return Policy

You can exchange or return items within 30 days of receipt. If you face any issues with the product, please contact our customer care department. Should you notice difference in design, color, or size, you can utilize this policy. To facilitate resolution, please take a photo of the item and share it with us along with the purchase receipt. Note that this policy expires 30 days after receipt, and we will be unable to assist with issues reported after this period. To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the time limit.

Terms and Conditions for Exchange/Return:

Here are the key points to understand regarding our exchange and return policy:

  • Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be processed.
  • To initiate an exchange or return, please email us with a clear and valid reason.
  • Ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as received, with tags intact.
  • Do not remove the tag, as it is necessary to verify the product’s authenticity.
  • The item should not have been washed.
  • Return the item in its original, undamaged condition without stains or cuts.
  • Customized products are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • If alterations have been made to the item, it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
  • While shipping the item to you is free, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • For tracking purposes, use a courier service that provides a tracking ID/number and share this information with us.
  • Return the item to the exact address from which it was shipped.

Refund Policy

If you face any issues with a product received from us whether it’s a sizing or color difference, a defective item, defective item or the item does not look like what is present in the picture, or if your order hasn’t arrived in a reasonable timeframe, you can request a refund. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team. Our representatives will respond within 24 hours of receiving your email. We will review the issue and, if deemed valid, process your refund accordingly.

Refund Policy Terms and Conditions:

We are committed to providing high-quality and authentic products. However, if you face any of the following issues, we will address them by issuing a refund:

  • If you receive an incorrect item and wish to return it for a refund, you are eligible under this policy.
  • Buyers will be reimbursed in the way of payment that they have used to pay for the item.
  • Our accounts department will complete the refund within 3 business days.
  • You will receive further details and instructions via email from our team.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but within 3 days will incur a 30% deduction from the total amount.
  • Cancellations after 3 days will result in a 50% deduction from the total amount.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Restocking Fee:

At Miami Jackets, if you return a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
