Return & Exchange Procedure

  2. Provide details of the issue, along with photos if applicable.
  3. We will send you the return shipping address.
  4. Return the item using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

  • Items that were ordered in the correct size but don’t fit. You can reorder at a discounted price.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Cancellations between 24 hours and 4 days after placement incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations after 4 days incur a 50% fee.
  • Cancellations are not possible once the order has shipped.

  • Restocking Fee: A 50% restocking fee applies to returns of non-defective items.
