Shipping Access:

Our customer support team will send confirmation emails with tracking and shipping details once your order is on its way. We partner with reliable carriers like DHL and FedEx to ensure safe delivery. If you are unavailable to receive your package, you may leave a note with instructions on who can accept the parcel on your behalf.

Important Notes for Shipping:

  • Please provide accurate shipping information, including your address and contact number, to avoid delivery issues.
  • Ensure you provide a complete residential address as we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you need to update your address, contact our customer support team.

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing an order with Miami Jackets, you will receive a confirmation notification and a receipt of your purchase. If you do not receive this notification, it indicates a technical issue with your order, which will not proceed until the confirmation is successfully sent.

If you order multiple items, we aim to ship them together. However, for customized products or other variations, we may need to send them in separate shipments. Once payment is received, you will be notified by email regarding the shipping details.

Taxes and Import Duties:

Miami Jackets is delighted to offer free worldwide shipping to all our customers. However, please note that taxes and import duties imposed by your country are not included in the purchase price. All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our customer care team will assist you, and you may also refer to our return, refund, and exchange policies. Please ensure you reach out within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
